The staff was incredibly helpful in advising me on good restaurants and places to visit. The room and bathroom were spotless, and the bed was extra comfortable. I also enjoyed the free breakfast, which included croissants, coffee, and fruits. the hotel provided excellent service and had all the necessary facilities for a comfortable stay.

That the interior rooms didn't have much natural light, as the windows faced a small and dark interior patio.

Just returned from a wonderful stay at Okako in Database! the room was cozy and clean, although a bit on the small side, which is expected in a historic building. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. I loved the artistic decor throughout the hotel, creating a cool and unique atmosphere. the location was perfect, away from the busy beachfront but still within walking distance. We also appreciated the snacks and drinks available in the reception area. Can't wait to visit again!

Mind-blowing location in the heart of the city, with easy access to train and bus station. New, clean and comfortable rooms that surpass 3-star hotels. Friendly staff who provide excellent tips. Free and constantly replenished breakfast with fruit, croissants, and great coffee. Quiet street ensures a good night's sleep. Can't wait to return!

We had a great stay at Okako. the staff were friendly and helpful, giving us a map and information on the best places to try Pintxos in Gros and the Old Town. the free tea, coffee, fruit, and pastries in the foyer were a welcome touch. the location was excellent, close to the action but still peaceful. the room was small but comfortable and modern, and the complimentary coffee and snacks area was a fantastic addition. Okako provided great value for the price.
