We loved our stay at this accommodation. The shared balcony above the rooms was a highlight for us. It provided a great space to relax, enjoy the sunset, and escape the crowds. The lounge area inside was cozy, and we appreciated the tea and coffee making facilities. The shaded tables and chairs outside offered amazing views. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and had a lovely window view. We were pleasantly surprised to discover a fridge in the wardrobe, which would have been perfect for storing cold breakfast foods. The WiFi was excellent, and we could even watch BBC on the TV.

We stayed in a hotel with a fantastic location, just a short walk from the train station. It was also conveniently close to several restaurants, making it easy for us to find places to eat. The hotel itself was perched on a cliff above the water, offering breathtaking views. Our room was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious, a welcome change from the small bathrooms we had encountered elsewhere in Italy. the shared deck provided a perfect spot to watch the sunset.

The communication with the staff could have been better.

Located on a hillside with a rooftop terrace, this hotel offers fabulous views of the cliff above the water. It is conveniently close to the Manarola train station, making it easily accessible for travelers. The rooms are of a reasonable size and some even have a balcony to enjoy the stunning scenery. The communal lounge area on the top floor is a great place to meet other guests and watch the sunset.

Some guests reported issues with the bathroom cleanliness, which could be improved.

Arpaiu was definitely worth the money with its spectacular view and spacious room. The location was perfect, not too far from the train station and no stairs to climb. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

More breakfast choices would have made the experience even better.

I recently stayed at Arpaiu in Manarola for a couple of days and it exceeded all my expectations. The location was simply stunning, with mesmerizing views of the harbor and Ligurian sea right from my window. The Aargan room I stayed in was spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The shower was larger than most accommodations in Italy and all the facilities worked perfectly. The shared guest balcony was a great spot to relax with a drink and the hostess was extremely friendly and helpful. The small refrigerator in the room kept our drinks cold, allowing us to enjoy more time on the beautiful upstairs balcony. a truly memorable experience.

I would be more than happy to recommend this hotel.

I had the most amazing stay at this charming little hotel in Manarola. The streets leading to my room were just as adorable as the town itself. The view from my window, overlooking the water, was absolutely breathtaking. I was lucky enough to have a window that opens, allowing me to enjoy the fresh sea breeze. The modern furniture and cleanliness of the room were also impressive. The self check-in process, while initially confusing, proved to be quite practical. a truly magical experience.

During my xmas stay, I absolutely loved the stunning view from the room. It was breathtaking to wake up to the beauty of the surroundings. the room was decorated beautifully, creating a cozy and festive ambiance.

the Wi-Fi was quite poor and we struggled to connect on all our devices. This made it difficult for us to stay connected and plan our activities.

The value for our money was exceptional and the room at Arpaiu exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect with breathtaking views from our bedroom window and the rooftop garden was a great place to relax and take in the scenery. The staff, especially Tatiana, were lovely and went out of their way to assist us.
