I was so impressed with the warm welcome I received from the owners and manager of Xenia Guest House. The manager personally greeted me upon arrival and the owners even brought me freshly baked croissants on their motorbike - talk about excellent service! The guest house itself is beautifully decorated and has a quaint charm to it. I loved the vintage elevators and the picturesque courtyard. Additionally, the location of the guest house is absolutely perfect - within walking distance to all the main attractions and surrounded by a plethora of restaurants. Despite being in the heart of the city, I found the street noise to be minimal, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. The room was clean and comfortable, with a lovely view of the main street and government buildings. The air conditioning worked well, which was a relief in the June heat. Although there were a few instances where the toilet had an unpleasant smell, it was easily remedied by ventilating the room for a short while. I had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend Xenia Guest House to others.

One small issue I encountered was the initial confusion about airport transport. I misunderstood that it was not included in the price and thought it was, but that was my mistake.

I recently stayed at a guest house in Rome for one week. The location was perfect, surrounded by attractions and restaurants. The courtyard and vintage elevators added to the charming atmosphere. The host was always available and ensured a smooth check-in. The room had a great view and the air conditioning kept us cool. The spacious toilet was clean, despite a minor smell issue that quickly disappeared. Noise was minimal except for occasional loud tramcars. a great value with friendly staff. Would book again!

I had a fantastic 3-day stay at Xenia. The vintage building with an elevator added charm to the experience. The location was central, well-connected, and surprisingly quiet. The bed was comfortable, and the cleanliness was impeccable. Bus and tram stops were just a stone's throw away, and the neighborhood offered great options for lunch, drinks, and dinner. The shower was also excellent. I would definitely choose Xenia again if I visit in the future. Thank you for everything!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the guest house. Xenia was everything I had hoped for and more. From the moment I stepped through the grand front door and saw the authentic Italian statue in the courtyard, I felt like I was entering a palace. The building itself had a charming vintage feel, and the rooms were modern, spacious, and spotlessly clean. The location was perfect, with easy access to buses and trams, and the neighborhood was packed with great options for lunch, drinks, and dinner. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I loved the lovely shower. it was a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend Xenia Guest House.

My partner and I recently stayed at Xenia Guest House for a week-long vacation. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily walk to all the major sights and catch buses nearby. The staff were incredibly friendly and always went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Our room was spacious and beautifully presented, with modern fittings in the bathroom. Each morning, the cleaner left a thoughtful box of towels, a complimentary water bottle, and flowers on our bed. We even received a little key ring as a parting gift. The building itself was charming, with a vintage elevator that added to the overall experience.

The hotel's cleanliness, facilities, and location in the heart of Rome were exceptional. The rooms were well-maintained and modern, and the hotel had a beautiful interior courtyard. The location was ideal, with easy access to transportation - there was a tram stop right outside and it was just a short distance from the river. Additionally, breakfast at the nearby restaurant was a delightful way to start each day.

The rooms were well-kept and the building itself was a beautiful, old, fancy building. The entrance was stunning and the elevator was a unique attraction in its own right. The location of the guest house was perfect, situated right between the Colosseum/Roman Forum and Vatican City. We were also pleasantly surprised to find plenty of shops nearby that were open late, making it convenient to purchase essentials like water or dental cream. we had a great experience and would strongly recommend staying here!

The guest house was in a central location, close to many tourist attractions and bustling streets. It was easy to get around and explore the city. the hosts were welcoming and friendly, always ready to help. Breakfast was freshly prepared and tasty, a good way to start the day. the rooms were clean and well-maintained.

The only inconvenience was that I had to share the bathroom with other guests, which was not always ideal. the room was a bit small and lacked a view.

Enjoyed strolling by the River Tiber. The shared lounge made me feel like a couch potato. But hey, at least the kids had to be present at check-in! Hilarious.

The location of the guest house was excellent, situated in the heart of the city center and just a short walk from both Trastevere and the river. It was the perfect base for exploring Rome on foot. the room was beautifully designed and tastefully decorated, with all the necessary amenities. The friendly staff and 24/7 availability of coffee and tea in the common living room were also great perks.

The check-in process was a bit confusing and inconvenient upon arrival, as no staff was available to open the door, but it was eventually resolved with a phone call to the owner.
