Some rooms, especially those facing the inner courtyard, were small and disappointing. The valet parking experience was frustrating and resulted in damage to a car, with the hotel not taking responsibility for it and not providing adequate customer service.

What a gem of a hotel! The location was perfect, and the building full of character. Our room was simple but comfortable and charming, with tea and coffee-making facilities. The breakfast offered a wide choice of delicious items. The staff were extremely helpful with printing train tickets and calling taxis. An excellent choice for getting the very best out of our stay in Bologna.
