We had a pretty good stay at the hotel. The price was great and we were impressed by the clean and comfortable room. The staff was helpful and the wifi was excellent. The location near the Maciachini metro stop was convenient for exploring the city, with easy access to all the major stops. The breakfast on the 8th floor was a nice touch, and our spacious suite with a kitchenette was a bonus. a positive experience at Unaway Hotel & Residence Contessa Jolanda Milano.

I recently stayed at this 4-star hotel and I had a fantastic experience. The location was perfect, as it was close to the metro station, allowing me to easily explore all the major stops, including famous landmarks like Duomo, in just 15 minutes. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean, with a huge and comfortable bed. I particularly loved the balcony, which provided a stunning view. The staff at this place were extremely friendly and helpful, going out of their way to accommodate my needs. They even provided me with a power adapter for my electronics and allowed me to check out later. The WiFi connection was excellent and the gym, with its amazing views and well-equipped facilities, was a great bonus. I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel!

The location of the hotel is very convenient, as it is very close to the Machiachini metro station, which takes you quickly to the city center and the main sightseeing spots of Milan. Additionally, there is a great restaurant nearby where you can enjoy delicious meals.

Some of the facilities in the hotel, such as the kitchen and corridors, could use some improvement in terms of cleanliness and maintenance.

Enjoyed the breakfast with a nice view, overlooking the Alps on clear days. Fitness and spa facilities available, though I didn't use them.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the spacious and clean rooms with big balconies. The hotel's location near the metro made it convenient for exploring the city.
