Great spa treatments, especially the hot tub!

i almost gave a good review, but then i remembered the elevators—only one was working during my stay, making trips to my room a workout, ugh! the shuttle is limiting, charging for a ride to the center. oh, and no welcome gift? what a shame, i guess i'm not a special guest here? !

absolutely terrible experience! only one elevator worked while guests like me were zipping up and down the stairs. also, why on earth would I be charged for room service when it costs more than the actual desserts? expecting even a plate of complimentary cookies woudl ve been heaven—guess I am not a VIP here after all.

The keycard system practically needs a PhD to operate. I thought I was locked in a matrix! And don’t get me started on the taxi surprises—surreal pricing has never been so entertaining!

The hotel needs to address its outdated decor and poorly maintained gardens!!! The shuttle service is awkwardly scheduled, leaving you stranded if plans change. Also, relying on taxis can get pricey due to the hotel's distance from everything.

i had an exceptional stay at villa pamphili roma. the outdoor pool and lounge area were perfect for summer relaxation. the staff was incredibly friendly, especially stefano, who was attentive from the start. i enjoyed the spa treatments, especially the hot tub and sauna, making the experience even more relaxing.

Our family loved the spacious room with modern amenities, and the pool was a wonderful retreat from the heat. Breakfast was diverse, with freshly squeezed juice that made our mornings brighter. The staff were friendly, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

The swimming pool was fantastic and super clean, and the roof terrace really made my evenings special.
