The location of the property was excellent, so close to the Piazza dell'Anfiteatro. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was great. The check-out process was easy, and we appreciated the option to pay for any extra charges at breakfast. The property had a full kitchen where we could prepare our meals, which was really convenient.

The apartment was nice and cozy, with a comfortable bed and a modern, spacious bathroom. the location was perfect, right behind Piazza dell'Anfiteatro, surrounded by restaurants, shops, and churches. It was easy to walk to all the attractions in Lucca. the staff was friendly and helpful, and we even got a 10% discount at their own restaurant next door. a wonderful place to stay in Lucca.

We had a fantastic stay at this B&B. The rooms were clean and modern, with a spacious bathroom and a powerful shower. The mini fridge in the room was really useful, as was the WiFi. The staff was incredibly friendly and provided us with a map of the town and details of the best attractions. The breakfast was delicious, with a great choice of fresh pastries, boiled eggs, and prosciutto. The location was perfect - walking distance from all the attractions and near restaurants. Highly recommended!

Excellent location in the heart of the old town, near the Plaza del Anfiteatro. Close to Porta dei Borghi and the wall for enjoyable walks. Nice breakfast served in a nearby restaurant. Friendly and helpful staff. Feels like a local resident. Ciao!

We had a wonderful stay at a lovely B&B in a fantastic location. Our room in the annexe had a comfortable bed, a spacious balcony, and a breathtaking view of the surrounding area. The breakfast spread was delicious and offered plenty of variety. Being in the heart of the town, it was incredibly convenient to explore Lucca and all its attractions.

I got great value for my money at this B&B. The room was spacious, clean, and modern, and the location right in the historic amphitheatre area was superb. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly during my stay.

The only thing that could make the breakfast option better would be to provide some coffee and tea in the room.

The rooms are spacious and well-decorated, providing a comfortable space to relax after a long day of sightseeing.

The lack of soundproofing in the rooms, which meant that noise from the surrounding area could be heard at times. However, considering the historic nature of the building, it's not surprising and overall, it didn't significantly impact our stay.
