The location of the inn was perfect, with easy access to shops and a nearby pub. Upon arrival, Maria warmly welcomed us and provided thoughtful amenities like chocolates, Perrier, and biscotti. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen supplies were plentiful. The washroom had plenty of complimentary items, surpassing the offerings of most hotels.

It would have been better if the washroom was larger and had a shelf in the shower for toiletries. Additionally, our Biscotti suite lacked access to the balcony, but this wasn't a major inconvenience due to the colder weather.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, right in the centre of Niagara on the Lake. You have shops and restaurants just a stone's throw away, making it really convenient for exploring the area. The room itself is charming and well-equipped, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bed is also very comfy, ensuring a good night's sleep.

The noise from the nearby Irish pub can be a bit bothersome at night.

A fantastic stay at Luisa's Suite Retreat! The location was perfect, putting us right in the heart of town with easy access to everything. The room was cozy and had all the amenities we needed, from a microwave to a coffee maker. Tony, the owner, even called us early to let us know the room was ready. The Irish Pub next door was outstanding, serving us a delicious meal even late at night. Plus, the noise wasn't an issue at all. a wonderful experience at Luisa's Suite Retreat.

The truffle suite mini apartment was perfect for our needs, with a spacious lounge area and a charming south-facing patio complete with a grill. The location was fantastic, just steps away from the main street and within walking distance of all the attractions. we had a wonderful stay and we will definitely be back!

That the balcony was accessible from an adjacent unit. This meant we had to close the blinds to keep our privacy.

Tony was helpful with our bags and gave us a tour of the rooms. Truffle suite had a patio with a grill and seating for six. Welcome gifts included Perrier and biscotti. Terry cloth robes, toiletries, and coffee and tea packs were provided. Convenient location, walking distance to main street and shuttle to wineries.

From the moment I arrived, I felt like royalty. the service was impeccable, with a friendly staff willing to assist me with anything I needed. the room was exquisite, with exclusive amenities, making my stay luxurious. the outdoor dining area was the perfect place to unwind after a long day of exploring the city. the private facilities were top-notch and fulfilled all of my needs.

While the room was magnificent, I did have one minor issue. the motion sensor turning on and off during the night created a little too much light in the room, which made it challenging to sleep peacefully.
