The location of this budget hotel is excellent, as it is conveniently situated near the train station and a short walk away from the bus and water bus station. This makes it easy to explore the city and access transportation. the rooms are spacious and bright, with plenty of storage space for belongings.

The soundproofing of the hotel is quite poor, so noise from other guests and the street can be disruptive during the night.

As longer term business travelers, we loved the spacious and well-maintained rooms. The B&B's convenient location near the train and bus stations made transportation a breeze. The staff was informative and helpful, enhancing our overall experience.

Despite being centrally located, the area was surprisingly quiet, and we enjoyed being within walking distance of various amenities and restaurants. Our room was comfortable, featuring a modern bathroom with good hot water. We were also pleased with the easy access to the hotel from the train station and piazzale Roma, where car parks and transfer buses arrive. Exploring the surrounding areas, we discovered beautiful spots we had never seen before, even after multiple visits to Venice. it was a pleasant experience.
