During my 4-night stay, I faced several challenges that made my experience less enjoyable than anticipated. The walls were quite thin, and noise from other guests often disrupted my sleep, especially when families with children were arriving late at night. Additionally, while I appreciated the hotel’s cleanliness, I found the shared bathroom not up to the standard I hoped for during my visit, which was disappointing.

I loved the spaciousness of my room, with bright windows that let in the morning sun. The self-check-in was a breeze, and the location couldn't be better, just a short walk from the train station and local attractions.

However, my stay was marred by thin walls, resulting in a lot of noise from neighbors at night. I also noticed that the bathroom cleanliness wasn’t quite up to par, which was a bit disappointing.

The location was immensely convenient, just a short walk from Santa Lucia station, making it easy to explore Venice.

One downside was the absence of a kettle in the room upon arrival, and despite requesting one, it was delivered without prior notice, which felt invasive.

Location is prime, just a 5-min walk from Santa Lucia station! ! The communication was seamless, allowing for easy self-check-in with an entrance code.

While the room was tidy, the absence of on-site staff made it difficult to get immediate assistance for a few small issues that arose.

The property was clean and close to the train station. We visited a cool digital programming exhibit and a stunning art gallery nearby. Great vibes all around. Pro tip, be ready for self-check-in, as there's no on-site staff. This makes it easy to settle in without fuss.

One downside was the air conditioning remote battery died during our stay, which was a bummer. Would have liked better temperature control after a long day out.

Location was spot on, super quiet, and clean. Loved the keyless entry and being close to everything. Perfect for a cozy getaway!

But my room was tiny—I could've opened my suitcase in the bathroom! Also, waiting for a text response was like waiting for a gondola in a flood.

the room was super spacious and bright, which we really liked. also, the location was perfect, away from the touristy spots but still close to everything we needed. the staff was quick to respond when we had a shower issue, and they fixed it the next day. we also loved being near a playground for the kids. oh, and there was lots of storage for our stuff in the cupboards!

the walls were really thin, so it got pretty loud at night, and we had some trouble sleeping because of that. the bathroom wasn't as clean as we hoped, too.
