We had an amazing stay at the hotel. The room was huge with high ceilings and the bed was incredibly comfortable. It was spotlessly clean and had a nice view of the street. The ensuite facility was great, with a pleasant shower. The hotel also provided a small safe in the room, which was very convenient. We were impressed with the hotel's facilities, including the locked left-luggage room where we could store our baggage before and after check-in. The free wifi in the hotel was fast and reliable, and we appreciated the option to hire a gadget for wifi-on-the-go. The location of the hotel was fantastic, only a 5-minute walk from the train station. The tram number 8 that passed in front of the hotel made it easy to reach all the tourist sites and public transport in the city. The staff, especially Giuseppe, were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, with a buffet that exceeded our expectations.
