The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a very comfortable and clean room that surpassed my expectations. The staff, although not physically present on the premises, made the entire transaction smooth through online communication. The cleanliness of the room and the reset service provided each day were impeccable.

Before my arrival, I received a detailed email with all the necessary information. the room was comfortable and had a modern bathroom and kitchenette. the location was perfect, and the staff was helpful in resolving a small issue with the front door code. a great experience and I highly recommend this B&B.

We had an amazing experience at this B&B. the location was excellent, just a short walk to Piazza del Campo and Siena Cathedral. the staff were incredibly attentive and provided us with all the necessary information to navigate the city without getting a ticket. They even transferred our heavy bags for us, which was a great help. the rooms were clean, modern, and cozy, and we felt very safe during our stay. I would highly recommend this B&B to friends and would definitely stay here again if I come back to Siena.
