We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly, providing us with excellent service throughout our stay. The room had everything we needed, including a great view of the mountains. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a spa/sauna where we could relax after a day of skiing. The breakfast selection was extensive and delicious, catering to all tastes. Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk away from the historical center and the ski lifts. Transportation was also convenient, with a ski bus available.

The hotel is conveniently located near the city center, making it easy to explore the town and its attractions. it is right in front of the hotel where the ski bus stops, providing easy access to the slopes. The rooms are well-maintained, with renovated bathrooms and modern amenities such as brand-new TVs and fridges.

The Wi-Fi connection was unreliable and often difficult to connect to.

We had a fantastic time at Baita Clementi. The location was ideal, just a short walk to the city center and a quick skibus ride to the slopes. The lobby-bar was spacious and Samir served delicious drinks with extra chips, nuts, and olives. The Spa & wellness center was the perfect place to relax after a day of skiing. The evening dinners in the restaurant were delicious and beautifully presented. The live music after dinner was a fun and memorable experience. we highly recommend Baita Clementi for its great location, cozy rooms, excellent service, and family atmosphere.

Spent New Year's Eve at this hotel and the dinner was really good! They had a live band and the atmosphere was festive. the staff was friendly and helpful. the location is perfect for skiing and hot springs since it's just a short walk away.

I have to say, I got a great value for my money at Hotel Baita Clementi in Bormio. The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice balcony offering a beautiful view.
