The location of this hotel is excellent for access to many of the tourist sights and the main shopping street. It's a short walk from the subway station, the pier, and other popular attractions. The rooms are beautiful, spacious, bright, and very clean. The staff provides great service and the basic amenities are well taken care of. Additionally, the breakfast, although simple, is really good.

The hotel could improve on the variety of breakfast options.

Great breakfast in-room, friendly staff, whirlpool in room. Convenient location near ferries, shopping, old town, metro, and airport bus. Comfortable, clean room with daily housekeeping. Receptionist Ilaria was helpful and offered useful tips. Big, comfy bed in a spacious, bright, and clean room with fancy shower. Beautiful city views and close to Spanish Quarter with lots of dining options. Easy access from central railway station and airport via Metro and Alibus.

Had an amazing weekend! The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, always making sure everything was perfect. The rooms were very spacious and clean, offering a great view of the city. The location was perfect, with easy walking access to all the main tourist areas and great options for dining nearby. Plus, the fact that there was a fitness center and spa made our stay even more relaxing.

There were a few drawbacks to our stay. The check-in process was a bit slow despite arriving at the communicated time, and the elevator fee was a small hassle.
