The location of this hotel is perfect for anyone traveling by air, as it is right near the airport. Being so close to the airport is invaluable, especially for those arriving late at night or leaving early in the morning. The rooms are beautiful, with comfortable sitting chairs and plenty of light. The bathroom is excellent, with two soaps and shampoo provided. The breakfast offers a good selection, including Chilequiles and good coffee.

The coffee maker in the hotel room has an unusual design and can be difficult to figure out, but once you do, it is functional. However, the coffee grounds are double-sealed in plastic envelopes without a filter, which can lead to unnecessary waste.

my recent stay at a hotel in Silao surpassed my expectations! It was conveniently located near the airport and had a free shuttle service. The staff were friendly, the room was spacious and clean, and the restaurant served delicious food.

For the extremely low price, my aunt and I had a very quiet and comfortable stay at Holiday Inn Express. Our room faced the road and we were never disturbed by any noise. the beds were very comfortable and each bed had 4 pillows each, which I loved. I asked to inspect the room before signing/agreeing to the stay and I was obliged immediately. the room was very clean, great water pressure, ample towels, and all lights/outlets were in working order. We arrived around 8 P.M. to our room and were hungry, so a short walk across the parking lot took us to the nearby Italian restaurant. Though I wouldn't categorize it as "authentic Italian", the Panini was large enough to split between two adults and was made with a really yummy and nicely toasted bread. Skip the French fries there and opt for the Steak fries instead that are included with the Paninis. Because I speak Spanish, I can't say whether the hotel staff speaks English or not. I will say that the in-room TV had several English language channels for both children and adults in addition to Spanish-language channels. the FREE breakfast was very good. No, it did not offer a huge variety of dishes, but it was more than enough to start the day in great fashion. Fresh fruit, yogurt, granola, cold cereals, Chilaquiles, Pinto beans. Coffee, teas, and from concentrate juices. Everything was self-service style with an attentive employee constantly cleaning and disinfecting all areas of the breakfast tables/areas. We had a sincerely wonderful stay and would definitely return! !

The hotel staff was inhospitable and unfriendly. They did not provide any welcoming gestures, not even a smile or a kind word.
