Excellent customer service from the hotel staff.

We faced some difficulties bringing our heavy luggage up the stairs at the entrance, which was quite exhausting. Additionally, the breakfast was good but did not meet our expectations for a hotel of this caliber. The rooftop's decor could use some improvement, lacking a cozy atmosphere despite its potential.

Had a good stay, but mate, the shower needs a door—water everywhere! The rooftop breakfast? Epic! Heaps of choice and stellar views.

This place suits me perfectly! The wi-fi, 24-hour reception, bar area, and in-room breakfast meet all my needs. I fondly remember when the staff helped me with a bottle of water at night. I'm definitely coming back for a city break!
