This hotel is a gem! the location is perfect, right in the heart of a pedestrian zone and within a short drive of Rome airport. Secondly, the staff are incredibly friendly and provide excellent service, making you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. Lastly, the rooms are clean and well-equipped, with a private bath and all basic amenities you could need. Plus, the breakfast served on the terrace is a delightful way to start your day.

I had the most delightful stay at this charming seaside BnB. The location was perfect, just a few minutes walk from the sea and surrounded by a variety of good restaurants. The room was comfortable and the private bathroom was a convenient feature. The hospitality of the staff was exceptional, ensuring a pleasant and hassle-free experience. The breakfast served was delicious and the shared terrace offered stunning views of the ocean. I couldn't be happier with my stay.

The lack of a private toilet and shower in the room, as I had to navigate through a public area used by other guests.

We had a wonderful stay at a charming hotel in Lido di Ostia. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beautiful beach and close to many great restaurants. The room was comfortable and clean, and we enjoyed the delicious Italian breakfast every morning. The highlight was the amazing view from the balcony, it took our breath away. The owner, Perla, was very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. we had a superior holiday and would highly recommend this hotel to others.

Nice terrace, friendly Ricardo. Excellent outside sitting area with great views, plenty of seating options, and shaded areas. Delicious "help yourself" breakfast with varied options. Lovely balcony porch with seating.

The location of the hotel was great as it was surrounded by many restaurants and cafes. the train station was just a short walk away, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. the best aspect of the hotel was the wonderful terrace which was perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or relaxing in the evening. It provided stunning views and was a peaceful and picturesque spot.

The room and bathroom were on the small side, however, this is quite typical for Italy so it didn't affect our stay too much. There weren't many negative aspects to our experience, but it would have been improved if the weather was warmer, enabling us to fully enjoy the terrace and sunshine.
