The view from the terrace was absolutely stunning, with a perfect view of the water and the bustling city. the staff at the restaurant were incredibly friendly and attentive, making our dining experience truly enjoyable. the food was top-notch, with the risotto being a particular highlight. the service overall was outstanding, making us feel welcome and well taken care of throughout our meal.

the staff at the front desk were not very helpful when it came to exchanging currency. They did not have the smaller bills we requested, which made it difficult for us to tip effectively.

This hotel is perfectly situated - right across the grand canal from all the main attractions in a very nice neighborhood. You can even catch a gondola ride from right off of one of the canals at a gondolier station. The hotel is located on an upscale shopping street, making it easy to explore the local area. The rooms are stylish and have a nice view. Plus, there is access to a wonderful new spa across the lagoon on Giudecca island.

The location was perfect, just a short walk away from major attractions and close to restaurants and gelaterias. the hotel had a big lobby with friendly staff and a nice view of the city rooftops from our room. the breakfast served in the restaurant overlooking the canal was amazing, with a wide variety of food options.

The hotel’s location is central and perfect for exploring the city. The room was beautiful and featured an incredibly comfortable bed and exclusive amenities, such as a Jacuzzi and an Espresso machine. The Continental breakfast served in the Terrace Cafe was delicious and offered an array of options. The bar area, with its cozy atmosphere and superb cocktails, provided an excellent place to unwind after a day out exploring.

The only minor issue I had was with the service at the restaurant. While the cuisine was outstanding, the wait staff could be more attentive to the guests' needs.

The two compliments I received during my stay at this hotel were nice. the location was key for my business trip as everything was within walking distance. the view from the terrace was quite nice.

I must say that the hotel seemed quite run down. the carpet was discolored and the furniture was chipped.

I was ecstatic to finally arrive in the charming city, ready to explore its winding canals and historic streets. The hotel, tucked away down an alleyway, had a convenient location near the vibrant Jazz district. The staff, although lacking in phone friendliness, were attentive to our needs and provided delightful extras like complimentary mini bar items and a bottle of prosecco. The room was beautifully decorated, with exceptionally clean and comfortable beds. Breakfast on the terrace, overlooking the bustling Grand Canal, was a truly memorable experience.

Just returned from a wonderful stay at Bauer Il Palazzo in Venice. The hotel boasts fantastic city views from the balcony, perfect for sipping a drink and soaking in the atmosphere. Breakfast on the terrace overlooking the grand canal was an unforgettable experience. The staff, especially Franchesca at reception and Carlo at the concierge, were incredibly polite, attentive, and helpful. The location is ideal, with St Marks square just a short walk away, along with shops and restaurants serving authentic Italian cuisine. The spacious and tastefully furnished room, although the bath was a bit slippery, provided a beautiful accommodation. We will definitely be back. Well done Bauer!

This hotel is perfectly located, offering access to great shopping and attractions. Plus, guests can take advantage of a free tour to the nearby Murano island to visit a glass blowing factory. The rooms are comfortable and luxurious, with modern bathrooms and excellent turn-down service. The breakfast is amazing, with a wide variety of options and a beautiful rooftop view of the city.
