Elevator wait times can be frustrating!!! My room wasn't cleaned on multiple occasions during my stay. The room had a musty odor, and the windows were filthy. It would be nice to have a full-length mirror and more hooks in the room!!!

Wi-Fi was painfully slow at times!!! The elevator waits were exasperating, and the parking situation was confusing. Additionally, the room felt cramped for the price!!! Some basic toiletries were missing, which was quite inconvenient.

The location is a stone's throw from Times Square, making it super convenient. The staff were incredibly friendly, often offering local dining tips. I loved the in-room fridge and microwave, perfect for late-night snacks!

my stay at hilton garden was definitley not what i expected. my door had trouble locking, and the staff seemed too busy to care. after everything, i felt i deserved a room upgrade at least, but i guess that’s not how they roll. just when i thought about leaving a good review, i just couldn't.

i had a fantastic time at this hotel, being just about 500 meters from times square and close to bryant park allowed me to explore on foot with ease, and the staff were very friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay.
