Sarah, the manager, provided excellent customer service and was incredibly helpful. the hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the historic area of Polignano a Mare, with plenty of restaurants, shopping, and attractions nearby. the rooms are modern and the rooftop terrace offers stunning sunset views. Sarah even gave us great recommendations for our trip.

The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city center and close to the best beach. The room was always super clean and had a fresh scent. The hotel itself was new, so everything from the bed to the showers felt new and fresh. The room design was also impressive, especially the amazing lamps.

There were a few negative aspects of our stay. the room was quite small, especially the bathroom, which took up a significant portion of the room.
