The location of the hotel was perfect for our weekend trip. It was close to the main highway and there were plenty of parking spaces available for all sizes of vehicles. the room was spacious and very clean. We really enjoyed the nice gesture of the welcome aperitif upon our arrival.

We had some communication issues with the staff, as some of them did not speak fluent English. the breakfast service ended a bit early for our weekend schedule.

We recently had a romantic escape at a hotel in Novara and there were a few things that we really liked. First, the breakfast was amazing. the selection of dishes was surprising and we really enjoyed the variety. the room was excellent. It was spacious, clean, and very quiet, which allowed us to have a peaceful and relaxing stay.

Dislikes/worst aspects:

I had a very pleasant stay here. The reception was very nice and the hotel has a modern and luxurious feel. The best part was the welcome drink, which was absolutely great! Despite not being in the middle of the city, the hotel offers free bicycles, so it was easy to reach the city center in just 5 minutes. The rooms were large and comfortable, with a comfortable bed and a lovely and functional bathroom. Everything was clean and neat, and the wifi worked impeccably. The staff and owners were also very helpful and cheerful. The breakfast buffet was extremely rich, with a nice selection of fresh fruit and homemade cakes. It was definitely a luxurious experience.

There were no negative aspects about this place. I would highly recommend it to families as well.

The room was clean and comfortable, the personnel was kind, and the wi-fi had a great connection. the breakfast was amazing, and we even received a welcome drink with nibbles. the location was convenient, not too far from the highway. We only wished that the nearby restaurant wasn't fully booked, but the kebab place across the street was a decent alternative. we would recommend staying at Bella Italia Palace.

Clean rooms with helpful staff and good location. Easy parking and great stopping point between Torino and Milano. Nibbles and prosecco upon arrival, free parking, and wonderful staff. Large and comfortable room, good breakfast, and walking distance to restaurants and shops. Excellent value with friendly service and well-maintained facilities.

I had a wonderful stay at Bella Italia Palace. the staff was very pleasant and helpful. I was delighted to receive a complimentary welcome aperitif and the breakfast was delicious. the hotel upgraded me to a spacious suite at no extra cost, which I really appreciated. the location was great, close to the motorway and convenient for my travels. the room was clean and the spa bath was perfect for relaxing after a long day. a fantastic experience.

I had a wonderful stay at a well-equipped and clean hotel. The breakfast selection was excellent, with homemade cakes that were a treat. The hotel was conveniently located, just a 10-minute walk from both stations and suitable for those traveling by car. One standout was the extra-large room I was given, which was a pleasant surprise. The staff were extremely helpful, assisting with parking and recommending nearby restaurants. I would highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure trips.
