The Easter break was amazing! the hotel had a very good view of the Tuscan landscape, which we loved. the antique collectibles and period pieces were also a standout, adding to the charm and atmosphere. We were able to connect to the internet in the lobby and found the food to be outstanding.

On the flip side, some things were not as great. We didn't feel welcome at check-in, which made us doubt the quality of service.
