The location of the hotel was great, very close to important landmarks and popular attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any requests. they provided complimentary amenities like a fruit basket and a bottle of prosecco, which was a nice touch.

The shower in the bathroom was quite small and not very comfortable to use.

We stayed in one of the apartments, just a 2-minute walk from Bella Venezia. The early check-in was amazing! The rooms were super clean, with all necessities included and cleaned daily. The decor was a lovely mix of old and new. The location was convenient, and the breakfast service efficient. Couldn't ask for more. Definitely recommend.

The location was perfect, with many restaurants nearby and the ferries just a short walk away. We also appreciated the convenience of having two supermarkets within a few minutes' walk.

The location of the hotel was absolutely perfect. We were able to easily walk to all the major attractions in just a few minutes. Plus, the hotel was situated on a quiet street so we didn't have to worry about any noise or disturbance. Another great aspect was the romantic package we booked, which included a bottle of sparkling wine and breakfast in the room. It was a lovely touch that added to the overall experience.

There were a few downsides to our stay. The staff at the reception desk could have been more friendly and welcoming.

Location was mind-blowing - right in the heart of the action, near all the attractions. Front desk guy was super helpful - he made our stay so much better with his guidance. Quiet at night - we had a peaceful sleep, even though our room was near the lift. Breakfast was jaw-dropping - it was way better than other places we've been to. a great stay with fabulous location, amazing staff, and delicious breakfast!

The breakfast variety was impressive, with a nice selection to choose from. The staff members at the breakfast room were attentive and took good care of us. Additionally, the hotel's location was a major plus. It was centrally located, making it convenient to explore nearby attractions and easily access public transportation.

The reception staff was not welcoming, and the elevator was out of service for two days during my stay. The state of the room was also unsatisfactory, with taping used to hold things together and a broken TV without satellite channels.

The hotel had a nice smell in the hallway and the front desk attendant was friendly and professional. The location was great, very close to Fort Clinch State Park and only 5 minutes by car from downtown restaurants and area sights.

The hotel is conveniently located near St Mark's Square, making it easy to explore the main attractions of the city. Additionally, it is a short walk to the water taxi terminal for easy access to the airport. We also found a charming restaurant nearby that served authentic Venetian cuisine.

The concierge did not assist us with our baggage upon arrival.
