Excellent location, outstanding view, within walking distance to restaurants and the ferry port, clean and comfortable apartment, private and good-sized pool.

Felt like home, no reason to complain.

The hotel's central location in the town made it easy for me to access La Spezia Central Station and the train station. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast provided was delicious and had a good variety of options.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was exceptional, with breathtaking views of the mountains and Lake Como. The apartment I stayed in was spacious and luminous, with large windows that enhanced the view even more. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the outdoor pool situated with stunning lake and mountain views. The staff, particularly Gloria, went above and beyond to make my vacation memorable. They provided excellent recommendations for nearby restaurants and supermarkets. The hotel also had secure and reliable wifi, which was a bonus for me as I could easily stream and check my work email.
