Christmas at this hotel was a pleasant experience. the location was perfect, right in the heart of the town center, making it easy to explore the local shops and attractions. the staff were friendly and the service was efficient. One of the highlights was the delicious food served in the restaurant, especially the evening meals which were of a good quality.

There were a few negatives that need mentioning. the car park was difficult to find and had a very narrow entrance, which made parking a bit challenging.

We were pleasantly surprised by the size and charm of the hotel. It had a traditional and character-filled atmosphere, with quirky passageways and creaky floors, adding to its unique charm. The conferencing facilities were also a great feature, perfect for gatherings or business meetings.

Although our room was small, it was well-equipped with a comfy bed and tasteful furnishings. The bathroom was bright and airy.

The location of The Feathers Hotel was excellent. We loved the old and comfortable feel of the hotel and the interesting history behind it. The staff were all very pleasant, especially the receptionist Mrs Abbie Eliston who went above and beyond to assist us. The breakfast was superb and the lounge with its roaring fires was a perfect place to relax.

We felt incredibly welcome during our stay and had no complaints.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at a charming hotel in Herefordshire. The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the picturesque market town. The dining area, in particular, was lovely, with a beer garden and close proximity to everything. The staff were very nice and accommodating. However, I did find the mattress in my room to be quite hard, which made for a slightly uncomfortable night's sleep.

The Feathers Hotel in Ledbury is a charming old building with a quirky layout. The bedroom was spacious and had a comfortable four-poster bed. The bathroom was also a good size. They provided complimentary chocolates, a coffee machine, and a kettle with various drink options. The full English breakfast had a great selection and prompt service. The location was convenient for attending a wedding.

The building exudes charm, with its beamed and creaky rooms that still manage to provide comfortable beds and bathrooms. The lounge area and coffee shop are beautifully decorated, adorned with lovely fabrics and chandeliers, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. In terms of cleanliness, the hotel maintains high standards, evident from the automatic sanitizers available and the screened dining areas, ensuring the safety of guests during these uncertain times. The staff were well-trained and provided excellent service, taking us to our rooms and assisting with our luggage. Additionally, the breakfast service was fabulous, as they tailored the cooked breakfast to our liking. The hotel's prime location in the center of town made it convenient for exploring the surrounding area, with plenty of shops and restaurants just a short walk away.

The Database Room at The Feathers Hotel in Ledbury was absolutely stunning. We were blown away by the gorgeous, contemporary design and luxurious amenities. Room 3, in particular, had a breathtaking bathroom that was worth paying extra for. The reception area was also impressive, and the location couldn't have been better for shopping and dining in Ledbury.

The room was beautiful, with comfortable furniture and thoughtful touches like a coffee maker and a fan. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of choices and a great buffet. The hotel's location was also perfect, making it convenient to access the events I wanted to attend. I can't wait to visit again in the future!

Spent a great weekend in the city centre with plenty of places to explore. the room was spacious, well-furnished, and clean with a choice of complimentary chocolate, fruit, and water. Excellent breakfast with freshly cooked food. the lounge area was comfortable and had a warm fireplace. Best: the outside seating area had a continental feel, meals and drinks were served outside in good weather.

The hotel had two narrow alleys as entrance/exits through the car park. A 10% meal service charge was automatically added to the bill which wasn't discretionary.
