The views from our room were absolutely breathtaking, even better than the pictures on the website. We were in awe of the stunning vista overlooking Capri. The room itself was spacious and the terrace was a perfect spot to relax and take in the scenery. We also enjoyed the rooftop terrace and spa, which were a peaceful haven. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, always willing to assist with any questions or requests we had.

While there were a few drawbacks, such as the limited hot breakfast options and the noise from thin walls, these were minor inconveniences compared to the overall experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel & Spa Bellavista Francischiello and would highly recommend it to others seeking a beautiful and relaxing getaway.

The location is convenient with a bus stop right outside, making it easy to explore the area. The room is large and comfortable with a beautiful veranda overlooking the sea. The staff provides excellent service, from the welcoming receptionists to the knowledgeable waitstaff in the restaurant. The spa offers a small indoor pool, sauna, and beauty & massage area.

We had an amazing time at this 4-star hotel. The view from our balcony was breathtaking, especially when waking up to the sight of the island of Capri every morning. The rooftop pool also offered stunning views. The rooms were spacious and well-decorated, with a nice touch of a mini-bar. The staff, especially Giovanna and Cameron, were fantastic. Giovanna went above and beyond to assist us, even giving us lifts into the nearby square when we missed the shuttle bus. Cameron was a true gentleman and even took us to the station for our bus to the airport. The hotel's location was excellent, and we would definitely stay here again.

Although the breakfast was nice, we would have preferred freshly squeezed orange juice instead of the juice from a machine. Additionally, we would have liked a snack menu to order to our room in the evenings.
