Located in the heart of Portofino, this hotel offers a truly splendid experience. The staff goes above and beyond, ensuring your every need is met. The rooms are lovely, some even offering breathtaking views of the harbor. Breakfast on the balcony is an unbeatable treat. The hotel also provides excellent service and facilities, including a complimentary bottle of prosecco upon arrival. The location is unparalleled, right in the center of all the action and just steps away from the marina and beautiful blue sea.

The rooms could use a modern touch and some updating.

The hotel is located in the heart of the town which makes it easy to explore the nearby attractions and restaurants. the staff is friendly and attentive which made our stay feel personalised. the spacious and stylish rooms had all the necessary amenities to make our stay comfortable.

The rooms were on the smaller side for the price we paid. While the hotel had a great restaurant, we wished there were more dining options available within the hotel itself.

The hotel exceeded my expectations with its luxurious amenities and exceptional service. the staff was accommodating to my every need, directing me to the Spa & Wellness Centre for uniquely indulgent treatments. the outdoor swimming pool, with its stunning views, was remarkably clean, heated and perfect for relaxation. I found the dining experience unforgettable with a range of delicacies and dishes to choose from, and the make-up services were convenient, saving me time.

The only minor issue I experienced was with room size, which seemed a bit cramped for the price. Despite this, the room had exclusive advantages that truly felt special.
