As Hilton Honors members, we typically stay at a Hampton hotel, and our recent stay at Hampton Inn in Rocky Mount did not disappoint. The hotel had a pleasant aroma of bleach, assuring us of the cleanliness. The staff, from Emmanuel at the front desk to Mistee who provided us with breakfast bags when the restaurant was unavailable, were incredibly courteous and accommodating. We were also impressed by the convenient location near Interstate 95, as well as the availability of luggage carts, a handicapped shower, and recommendations for late-night dining. we had a fantastic experience at this Hampton Inn.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The cleanliness of the rooms was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were well-maintained. Parking was convenient, and the location was ideal, especially for my spouse who had to attend multiple youth sporting events in the area. The friendly and welcoming employees at the breakfast area made us feel at home.

The staff was extremely kind and showed true southern hospitality. They made sure everything was perfect during my stay. The hotel was clean and had great facilities. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise, with delicious and hot food. The breakfast area attendants in the morning were friendly and helpful.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in so many ways. the location was fantastic - it was very close to everything we wanted to visit. We didn't have to worry about wasting time or money on transportation to get to the sites we wanted to see. Additionally, there were plenty of great restaurants nearby, making it convenient for us to grab a delicious meal whenever we wanted.

As young travelers, we really appreciated the spacious and comfortable rooms at this hotel. The bed was great and provided a good night's sleep. The staff, especially Cheri at the front desk, was incredibly helpful and nice. The location of the hotel was also convenient, just off the interstate.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was nicely decorated and had lots of amenities. It was a little small for five people, but that was our only complaint. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay excellent. The hot breakfast was delicious with a great spread that had something for everyone. The hotel's location was perfect, as it was very close to everything - food places, shopping, and even in a quiet area. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff go above and beyond to ensure that guests feel welcome and taken care of. The complimentary breakfast offers a variety of options, including special touches like tortillas. The location of the hotel is perfect, with easy access to food places and shopping, making it convenient for all your needs.

All was more than satisfactory.

The hotel was in a convenient location off the highway, making it easy to find and access. The well-lit outdoor pool was a great feature, and there were always plenty of towels available. One of the best aspects was the complimentary coffee/tea/cocoa bar, which was always well stocked and provided a nice selection of hot beverages.

I wasn't a big fan of the breakfast at the hotel. It closed at the same time on the weekends as it did on the weekdays, which was a bit disappointing.

The hotel had a good selection of luggage carts and a well-functioning handicapped shower. The front desk staff gave excellent suggestions for late-night dining and the breakfast was delicious, with gravy, biscuits, sausage, scrambled eggs with cheese. Conveniently located parking near the handicapped room.

Felt at ease, no complaints whatsoever.

Nothing, everything was great.

We recently stayed at a hotel on our way to Myrtle Beach. We found a place close to restaurants and very close to everything we needed. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom and helpful service. The breakfast was good with a range of options on offer, and there was a bug monitor that reassured us of a pest-free environment. Also, we enjoyed some facilities and room advantages such as quick check-in, friendly front desk staff, and adjoining rooms.

One of the facilities promised was not available during our stay.

Clean, polite staff, good location, spacious room, excellent breakfast, safe distancing.

Welcomed respite on way to and from Florida

Text: We have been staying at this Hampton Inn for the past four years on our travels to Florida, and it has always been a welcomed respite. The hotel is clean and comfortable, and the staff, especially Tillie and Emanuel, are incredibly kind and accommodating. We can always count on this Hampton Inn to take good care of us. I highly recommend this hotel for a good night's rest while on the road.
