The location, albeit on a gentle incline of a hill, can be easily managed in 15-20 minutes. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-furnished with modern bathrooms. The staff is friendly, polite, and always ready to assist. The breakfast offers a wide selection of fresh continental options, and there is a regular shuttle service available.

The availability of glasses in the room for drinking water was limited, and guests were encouraged to use the restaurant instead.

The hotel is located in a prime location in the center of Riva, close to everything, yet still quiet. The views from the balcony are breathtaking and offer a beautiful sight of the lake and surrounding mountains. The staff provides excellent service and goes above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay, even accommodating special dietary needs. The breakfast buffet is plentiful and delicious, served on a terrace with stunning views. The rooms are clean, spacious, and offer modern amenities, including a mini fridge and comfortable beds.

I recently stayed at Benacus Panoramic for a week-long vacation. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive to all of our needs. The food, especially dinner and breakfast, was delicious and the perfect start to our adventurous days. The location of the hotel was breathtaking, with stunning views of the lake and the town below.

The view from my room at Hotel Benacus Panoramic was absolutely breathtaking. I could see the stunning Lake Garda and the surrounding mountains every time I looked out. It was truly a sight to behold. The room itself was spacious and clean, with a large balcony where I could relax and enjoy the view even more. The breakfast served at the hotel was fresh and varied, with options to squeeze your own oranges and cook your own eggs. The staff were helpful and friendly, always making sure I had everything I needed. The pool area was well-maintained and provided a great place to relax and take in the beautiful surroundings. Despite a few minor drawbacks like the steep hill leading up to the hotel and the limited dining options nearby, overall I will definitely recommend this hotel for its fantastic views, friendly staff, and wonderful place to stay.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The attention to detail was fantastic, from the immaculate cleanliness throughout to the wonderful views of Riva and Lake Garda. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service, making us feel truly welcomed. The rooms were well-appointed, and I particularly loved my room with a wonderful terrace offering stunning panoramic views.
