The staff is extremely helpful and friendly, always going the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay. The basic amenities are all provided and the breakfast spread is delicious and diverse.

Spending Christmas at this charming mountain hotel was a joyous experience. the rustic decor and friendly staff definitely made us feel right at home. the breakfast buffet was a great way to start our days and the location was perfect for our ski vacation - just steps away from the slopes. We also enjoyed the recommendations from the staff for nearby activities, they were spot on!

While the rooms were cozy and comfortable, the bathrooms were a bit on the small side. the fixed dinner menu didn't offer many options for children.
