My recent stay at Best Western was fantastic. The staff, particularly Gioi and Michela, were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel had a great atmosphere and the breakfast was exceptional, with unique options like balsamic on yogurt. The location was perfect, with easy access to Termini station and the subway. The rooms were clean and well-designed, with an Art Deco style. a great experience.

The room amenities were great too, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a safe.

We really enjoyed our stay at this place! The location is so convenient, as it's only a short 8-10 minute walk from the train station. This made it incredibly easy to get to and from the airport, as well as catch intercity and regional trains. Plus, it's surrounded by some really great restaurants, which made finding a delicious meal a breeze.

The location near Termini is incredibly convenient for transportation and exploring the city. The room, though small, was clean and suited my needs as a solo traveler. I could walk to Termini station in about 10 minutes or downtown in just 30 minutes. The hotel also offered the convenience of allowing me to leave my luggage after checking out, which came in handy when I needed to explore the city without carrying my bags. The staff here were extremely friendly and attentive, always ready to provide assistance and answer any questions I had. They even accommodated my request for a different room and provided a wheelchair for our use during our stay.

Had a fantastic xmas holiday break with my family in a centrally located hotel. the staff were lovely and accommodating to our needs. They gave us two complementary bottles of water and snacks. the hotel was well situated, close to many different attractions, cozy restaurants, and shopping areas. we had a great time.

The prices were steep and the decor was a bit old-fashioned. the bathroom was small and cramped.

Clean room, spacious with great views. Good breakfast options. Convenient location, walking distance to attractions and transportation. Helpful and friendly staff. Value for money.
