We had a great experience at the hotel. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and we were even upgraded for free due to a room issue. Both of the rooms we stayed in had amazing views, and the location was perfect. the room size was good, and it was wired for all devices.

We had a fantastic stay in the heart of the city with a great location, near to theatre and subway stops, and within walking distance of a lively pub and a delicious restaurant at Blue Fin. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean with modern amenities. The staff was friendly, approachable, and provided efficient service. The view from the room was amazing and it added to an unforgettable experience.

The hotel had a buzzy, vibrant atmosphere with a stylish and younger crowd. The corner room I stayed in had fantastic views up Broadway and was well-sized. The staff, mostly young and polite, made an effort to be friendly and helpful, despite any challenges. The cleaning staff were excellent, never rushing us to have our room cleaned. a great experience with stunning views and accommodating staff.

We loved being close to the theaters and restaurants. the staff was friendly and helpful, and the lobby bar was a great spot for relaxing after a day of exploring. the clean and modern room added to our comfortable stay.

First, we felt like we were overcharged upon arrival, which was not a pleasant start to our trip. It would have been nice to have tea or coffee making facilities in the room.

Located just seconds away from the TKTS booth for Broadway shows, this hotel is in the perfect spot to immerse yourself in the vibrant scenes and eclectic music of Times Square. The friendly staff at the reception desk provided great service, and the rooms were spacious with large windows offering refreshing views. The modern bathroom and comfortable beds made for a pleasant stay.

The windows were quite dirty, which detracted from the otherwise beautiful room and view.
