The staff at the hotel not only found and kept my belongings safe, but also informed me about it before my next flight. It was such a relief to know that the hotel is trustworthy and truly cares about their guests. Also, I must mention the woman at the front desk who always greeted me with a pleasant attitude. I would definitely return to this hotel.

I absolutely loved my stay at this place! The location couldn't have been more convenient for me, as the subway stop was right in front of the hotel, connecting me with everything I wanted to see, do and explore. Being on a major shopping street, I was able to find everything I needed and more during my stay, from clothes to souvenirs. The room was spacious and well equipped with all the amenities I needed, including tea and coffee facilities, a mini-bar, and a balcony with a great view. The staff was incredibly attentive and friendly, always ready to help with any questions I had. I also loved the jacuzzi and sun terrace, perfect for relaxing after a busy day of sightseeing.

I recently stayed at Best Western Hotel City in Milan for a few nights while traveling for business. The hotel's location near the train station and metro made it extremely convenient. There were plenty of nearby restaurants, coffee shops, and retail shops. The room was clean and the staff were very helpful. Special mention to Mr. Oswald, who served breakfast with great care and ensured proper hygiene. The communication and cleanliness was top-notch. I would definitely choose this hotel again.

We verbleven vlakbij het Kroller Mueller museum, midden in het bos en in het Nationaal Park. De locatie was absoluut prachtig en we konden genieten van de natuurlijke omgeving tijdens onze zakelijke reis. Gelukkig was de kamer schoon en de service was vriendelijk. Het ontbijt was heerlijk en er waren faciliteiten beschikbaar zoals een gratis parkeerplaats en fietsenrekken.

Helaas ontbraken er faciliteiten zoals een koelkastje op de kamer. Dit was een klein minpuntje tijdens ons verblijf.
