The location of Maxim Axial was absolutely wonderful! Being in the heart of the city, just steps away from major attractions like the Duomo, Uffizi, and Palazzo Vecchio, made it so convenient for our family. We loved being able to easily go back to the hotel during the day to rest or drop off our belongings. Despite being in a pedestrian zone, the rooms were surprisingly quiet and we enjoyed a good night's sleep. the staff was also incredibly helpful, making reservations for us and providing directions and recommendations. the free Wi-Fi was a bonus too!

The value for money at Maxim Axial was great, and the room was comfortable and well-decorated. The location was perfect for exploring, right near the main cathedral, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Food for breakfast could have had more variety.

Fantastic location, right in the middle of everything, close to the Duomo. Friendly staff, good air conditioning, comfortable bed. Modern and nice rooms, with a private bathroom and amenities. Breakfast was good with a variety of fresh fruits, yogurt, cereals, and breads. Full service reception desk and luggage room available. Conveniently located near the train station and airport shuttle.

Nothing could have been better.

The hotel is right at the center of everything, in city center. The rooms on the upper floors are decorated with artwork and don't include breakfast, but there are many delicious options provided, including an automatic pancake maker.

Great central location in Florence, close to major attractions. The staff kindly accommodated my request to leave luggage after checkout. Despite some small issues with the room, my stay was enjoyable overall. I would recommend Maxim Axial.

The hotel location was perfect for exploring the city. It was close to all the main tourist attractions and in the center of everything, making my tour very easy. Additionally, the hotel was very close to the train station which was very convenient for me. The staff were helpful and friendly, and the room was clean and spacious.

The noise level was very high, and it was very hard to sleep at night due to the noise coming from the street.

Excellent location near popular sights, restaurants, and shops. Friendly staff accommodated our request for early breakfast. Room was clean and spacious. Hotel is on the 3rd floor, quiet and comfortable. Strong wifi signal. 👍

We had an amazing xmas experience at this hotel. the breakfast buffet was great and had a cappuccino machine. the location was perfect and we could see a famous landmark from our window. it was an easy walk from the train station.

It was a bit difficult to access the hotel by car and there were some pedestrian-only streets that caused a bit of frustration. the staff member who handled our check-in didn't speak English, so the process was a bit confusing.

The staff at Database Staff was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist us with retrieving our misplaced passports. They even contacted the hotel and had copies faxed over so we could continue with our plans. Their assistance was invaluable and greatly appreciated. Additionally, the location of the facility was perfect for us as it was within walking distance of the famous city center. It made exploring the area and accessing attractions incredibly convenient.

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, within walking distance of many major attractions in Florence. It's so convenient to be right in the middle of everything. The staff were also very kind and helpful, providing great directions and recommendations for dinner. The rooms may be basic, but they are clean and adequate for a comfortable stay. Plus, the prices were great value for money.

The breakfast was basic but adequate, although it could do with a little more choice and a toaster that actually toasts.
