The Best Western Hotel Cristallo Mantova had excellent facilities, such as air-conditioning, free parking on-site, and in-room tea/coffee making facilities. The breakfast provided a good variety of sweet and savoury foods, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was located near the main regional autostrada, making it easy to reach the center of this city.

We had a great sleep in the comfortable bed and the room was fresh and clean. The hotel staff quickly provided an extra card for the room when needed. The location was convenient for us as we were on the road and arriving late.

The dinner was delicious, although the service was a bit lacking with one of the waitresses. The front desk staff, on the other hand, were professional and polite.

During my recent stay at the hotel, I had a great experience at the restaurant. The dinner was absolutely delicious, and the chef truly showcased their culinary skills. Despite the unpleasant waitress, the front desk staff were professional and polite. the food at the restaurant exceeded my expectations.

There were a few minor inconveniences. The room I stayed in was located right next to the breakfast room, and the doors creaked loudly, disrupting my sleep.

We had a pleasant Easter stay at this hotel. the breakfast was delicious with a variety of options to choose from. the room was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay. the hotel had a great pool in its garden, which was a bonus for us. We also really enjoyed the convenient location, as it was close to both shopping areas and historical attractions.

The only downside was the noise from the buses in the morning, as the hotel was located near a bus park. However, this didn't bother us too much as we were planning to wake up early anyway.

The experience was not as great as we expected for our Christmas vacation. The noise level was very high and it was hard to sleep peacefully at night. Additionally, the overall facilities were not up to par with the price we paid. We were disappointed with the shortage of amenities in the room and the lack of value for money.
