During our stay at Tugcan Hotel, we were impressed by the prompt response of the service team when we experienced brown water in our suite. They quickly fixed the issue, showing their care for guest satisfaction. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. We enjoyed the sauna and swimming pools, which were empty and well-maintained. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious food to choose from. The location was also convenient, only a short 15-minute walk to the bustling coppersmith bazaar.

While the hotel overall met our expectations, there were a few areas that could be improved. The Wi-Fi was extremely slow and even blocked VPN access, limiting our online activities.

I also appreciated the convenience of the parking area, as it made it easy for me to bring my car. The hotel's location is very near to the city centre, making it convenient for exploring this city.

We recently stayed at a 5-star hotel with exclusive amenities in Gaziantep. the service was exceptional, and the Spa & wellness centre exceeded our expectations. the heated indoor swimming pool was perfect, along with the Sauna and Massage services. Our room had exclusive advantages, including private facilities. the restaurant served delicious in-room breakfast and there was a great poolside snack bar. the bar/lounge area had an impressive selection of drinks.

The hotel's centralized location had several location advantages. Cons: the only minor issue we experienced was a slight lapse in finishing of the bathroom.
