The hotel offers efficient luggage handling, which made our day exploring Verona much more convenient.

However, the room's air conditioning was problematic. it could only be partially controlled from the room, causing discomfort during the night.

I had a frustrating experience with parking arrangements. I had to leave 50 Euro cash for a remote door opener that felt unnecessary as the gate was often left open. Furthermore, the lack of nearby dining options was quite disappointing, as the hotel did not have its own restaurant, making meals a hassle.

the location is decent, I suppose, but the staff were definitely not friendly, and I had to iron my clothes dry due to the laundary being closed. I mean, shouldnt a 4-star hotel have proper amenities? I would've expected at least a complimentary upgrade for all my troubles, but clearly, that's far too much to ask.

this hotel is super close to the train station and walking distance to city center. the room we had was big and bright with a nice view and super clean. breakfast was pretty good, lots of hot and cold options. staff were all really friendly and helpful too. overall, it felt comfortable and cozy!

the internet was kinda slow and we kept having to log back in. also, the coffee machine was broken during our stay, which was a bummer.
