Stayed at a hotel in Firenze for one night and it was a wonderful experience. The room was spacious and filled with modern amenities like touch screen controls and plenty of USB ports. The WiFi signal was strong and consistent, perfect for staying connected. The hotel's location was excellent, just a short taxi ride from the train station and a 10-minute walk to the main attractions like the Verona Arena. great value for money and highly recommended!

Additionally, the spacious private studio that we booked was very comfortable and provided plenty of room for us to relax. We also appreciated that the hotel had a bar with reasonable prices, making it a great place to unwind after a day of exploring. Another highlight was the good WiFi speed, ensuring that we could stay connected during our stay.

The room was beautifully designed with thoughtful touches like a tube-like shower and a standing towel hanger. The location was perfect, just a few minutes away from the train station and within walking distance of the old town. We were also impressed with the value for the price we paid. our experience was enjoyable and we would definitely return.

The only downside was the incident at check-out where the front desk was overwhelmed and didn't handle the situation properly. Another guest jumped the queue and the staff focused on speaking French instead of managing the line.

We had a great stay here! The location was perfect: we were able to easily walk to the main tourist spots, plus it was nice to be away from the crowds. We also felt good supporting a place that employs and houses refugees - it was a great opportunity to learn about their experiences. The shower was amazing, with different colored LED lights and the option of two shower heads with good pressure.
