We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel! The location couldn't have been better, with major train stations and tourist spots just a short walk away. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always providing us with valuable information on where to go and which transportation to take. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. The amenities provided, such as the heating, air conditioning, and sitting area, added to our enhanced comfort. We also loved the terrace and dining table, which allowed us to enjoy the beautiful garden furniture while having a meal. From the free toiletries to the electric kettle and shared kitchen, everything was well thought out and provided for a truly enjoyable stay.

Spacious rooms comfortably accommodate families. Clean, updated bathrooms. Friendly owner. Convenient location near station, stores, and restaurants. Complimentary yukatas.

Had a fantastic New Year here! the staff were so welcoming and helpful. Loved the complementary drinks and snacks in the lobby, and the rooftop terrace had amazing views. the location was perfect for exploring the city, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.

Imagine Hotel Kyoto exceeded my expectations in every way. The room was impeccably clean and beautifully designed, creating a chic and serene atmosphere. The staff were incredibly hospitable, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The owner personally spent time helping us plan our outings and even hailed a cab for us. The hotel offered free wifi, which was a great convenience. The bathroom was the best we experienced in Japan, with a luxurious tub and shower. The spacious room provided a comfortable climate and the tatami area was a nice touch. The front desk staff were friendly and prompt in their responses. The location was ideal, being within walking distance of Kyoto Station and offering easy access to transportation. The property overall was meticulously maintained and clean. I highly recommend Imagine Hotel Kyoto and would definitely stay here again.

The room was spacious and had a beautiful design that seamlessly blended modern and traditional elements. The bathroom was exceptional, with a deep bathtub and hot water. The friendly staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, offering a variety of amenities to enhance our experience. We also enjoyed the option to rent bikes and the convenience of having a kitchen to prepare breakfast.

The limited space in the room made it difficult to accommodate our family of four and our luggage, especially with the tatami taking up a significant portion of the room.
