The location was extremely central, breakfast included fresh fruits, clean and comfortable room, spacious with high ceilings, hotel next to the old city and close to the river, efficient and helpful staff.

The shower was wonderful and the air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a relief considering the heat outside. The staff at the hotel were also very accommodating and pleasant, granting our request for an early check-in and being generous with providing ice. The location of the hotel was also ideal, as it was right next to the train station and close to restaurants and shopping areas. We were able to explore the city easily and even took advantage of a free tour on the history of Turin that started near the hotel. I had a terrific stay at Best Western. The breakfast, comfortable room, and helpful staff made my experience enjoyable. I will definitely consider staying here again when I return to the city.

The bed was uncomfortable, with a very hard mattress that gave me back pain. The WiFi signal in my room was weak and frequently dropped, making it difficult to work.
