The brekkie at the rooftop was next level, with fresh omelettes and killer pastries. The views of the Bay of Naples while munching on breakfast made my heart skip a beat! Also, big props to the chommies at reception, super helpful with everything. Got some good tips for the city too!

The noise levels at night were unbearable, with guests slamming doors until the early morning. Additionally, the location is quite remote, requiring a taxi to access the city center. I was also disappointed with the plunge pool.

i was absolutelye let down by the cramped bathroom and nonexistent views. also, as a guest, i expected at least a complimentary drink or some kind of upgrade after my unfortunate experiences. instead, i got the basic treatment. if only i could’ve received the red-carpet treatment i deserved, this could’ve been a pleasant stay, but it just wasn’t.

The room sizes are laughably cramped!!! Don’t even think about staying in the basement rooms unless you enjoy feeling boxed in. The funicular stops running too early, and good luck navigating the pricey taxis!!! Please consider improving the soundproofing, as noise from other guests and the street can be quite intrusive!!!

We had a spectacular time. The best part was enjoying the sunset over Vesuvius while having dinner on the terrace, unforgettable moments made better by the attentive staff like Alessandro, who were willing to snap a few photos for us.

the elevator was a bit slow! but the views from the room are stunning. , the staff was friendly and the breakfast had a chef making fresh omelettes every morning, and the location feels very safe too.

Everything was up to par.

The stunning views of Vesuvius and the bay were breathtaking (especially during breakfast). The staff was incredibly warm and helpful, and Danielle at the front desk genuinely made our stay feel special. The bar area was lovely!

The soundproofing could be improved. while the views are spectacular, some late-night noise disturbed our sleep. Also, better local dining recommendations would have enhanced our experience.

It was just a perfect match for short visits in Naples with good value for cost. The hotel provided us with a clean and tidy room, and it was nice to find complimentary bottled water waiting for us after a long day of travel. If you can, try to avoid the rooms facing the noisy street outside.

we had a fantastic 5-night stay at the signature collection. the staff were super helpful, always prompt with requests, like the extra pillow and airport transfers. the view from the rooftop terrace was just breathtaking! we enjoyed some lovely coffee up there, and the tiny pool with a view of vesuvius was a nice touch, too.
