Holiday Inn Express & Suites - Phoenix West - Tolleson, An Ihg offers comfortable and clean rooms with beautiful remodeling. the pool and gym are excellent, and the beds are cozy. the staff, especially Lisa, is a joy to interact with. the complimentary breakfast is fantastic. the hotel's location is ideal, especially for events at the nearby amphitheater, with plenty of good restaurant options around.

Pool closed due to city permit.

We were disappointed to find the heated pool closed all week during our stay for cleaning. the rest of the hotel was comfortable and clean, but we missed the pool amenities. Overall, I'll recommend this hotel.
