The location in the historic centre of the city was perfect - close to the harbour and within walking distance of everything. Despite being surrounded by ancient buildings, the hotel provided all the modern comforts I needed. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast provided was sufficient and the hotel facilities were great.

The hotel was in a great location, situated uphill to the bus station and near the city center and seafront. It was also conveniently close to the shopping district. The room was spacious, clean, and had a comfortable bed. The bathroom was well-maintained and had a walk-in shower. The service provided by the staff was friendly and helpful. Additionally, the breakfast offered a good variety of options.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Simona and Rosa at check-in. They went above and beyond to assist us, even helping us track down a lost piece of luggage. the location was perfect for exploring both the old town and the harbourside attractions. the hotel itself was clean and modern, with tastefully chosen furniture. the breakfast buffet was delicious, and I particularly enjoyed the option to order espresso and cappuccino. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and convenient stay.

The hotel was located in the heart of Genoa, in a pedestrian area near the old port. It was perfect for exploring the historical center and just a short walk from the main railway station. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a queen bed, free internet access, and local touches that added a special touch to our experience. Additionally, the breakfast, although a bit bland, was included in our rate and provided a good start to our day.

The breakfast was amazing, offering a variety of options to satisfy all tastes. the hotel had a perfect location, near the picturesque port and close to all the main attractions. We also enjoyed the complementary bottle of wine and chocolates left in our room upon arrival.

The surrounding area was not very pleasant, with some dirty streets and questionable individuals. the room was a bit cramped and lacked space for our luggage.

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making our stay very enjoyable. The room was kept spotlessly clean and the comfortable mattress ensured a good night's sleep. We especially loved the exterior blind shades which made the room perfectly dark, allowing us to sleep in as late as we wanted. The hotel also offered secure parking in their garage, which was a great convenience for those arriving by car. Additionally, the buffet breakfast included in our stay was of good quality.

We felt safe throughout our stay and had nothing to complain about.
