The air conditioning in the room was not effective in controlling humidity, leading to a damp atmosphere. The breakfast restaurant was overcrowded and had slow service, with items not clearly labeled and potential cross-contamination.

We had an amazing time at Fairmont! The hotel was stunning, both inside and out. The room was perfect, with a spacious shower and a comfortable king bed. The pools were excellent, with plenty of seating options, and the beach was just a few feet away. The staff were kind and helpful, and the location was great for a relaxing beach vacation. Highly recommend!

I recently stayed in this venue for a few days and I had an amazing experience! The location is perfect because it's very close to the airport and it's situated on a beautiful bay on the Isla Verde beach. The staff here is really helpful and provided a warm welcome drink when I arrived. They also offered me access to a variety of services such as dry cleaning, housekeeping, and even tours and ticket assistance. The level of room service here is exceptional and they always make sure everything was clean and tidy. Plus, the in-room amenities such as the mini-bar, ironing facilities, and air conditioning are top-notch. The leisure facilities like the pool and the casino are great as well, and the staff made sure my stay was completely enjoyable.

Would definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends!

Our recent vacation consisted of staying at four hotels in a span of two weeks, and Fairmont El San Juan Hotel was by far the best. The location was great, with a beautiful beach that was clean and free of seaweed. The resort itself was stunning, with a mix of classic and modern decor. The pool areas were spacious and inviting. We enjoyed all our meals at the resort, with delicious food and friendly staff. Special shoutouts to the Meat Market and the Italian Restaurant. The live dancing was a fantastic bonus, and the massage by the beach was a true treat. We will definitely be returning next year.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, being close to many shops and restaurants. The hotel facilities were top-notch, from the spacious and clean pools to the beautiful beach on Isla Verde. This hotel truly surpassed our luxurious needs during our stay. The exclusive amenities provided, such as the outdoor swimming pool and sun loungers on the beach access, made our stay extra special. The friendly and efficient service provided by the staff added to the overall experience. The bar and restaurant facilities were of a high standard, and in-room breakfast was delicious. The private facilities, like the plunge pool in our room, were a nice touch.

Although our stay was very enjoyable, there was one minor issue with the bathroom door not closing properly, which was a little inconvenient. Despite this, the rest of our room was clean and had a lovely view of the garden area.
