This hotel offers a Special Protection Program because apparently, regular protection programs aren't good enough these days. They also have an elegant restaurant specializing in Italian cuisine, because who wants a plain old ordinary restaurant?

The vending machine was a real disappointment. I mean, who needs a variety of snacks and drinks conveniently available?

The view from our balcony was stunning - we had a gorgeous view of the grounds. The premium room we booked looked exactly like the picture, and the bed was very comfy. The bathroom was spotless and the breakfast had a good variety of hot and cold items. The hotel staff were helpful and spoke great English.

The location for traveling to and from Milan may not be ideal as it takes around 25 minutes by taxi or a 25-minute walk from the train station. However, it is very close to the fair Milano Rho, making it convenient for those attending exhibitions. The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and attentive, ensuring that guests' needs were met. The rooms were clean and nicely decorated, providing a comfortable stay.

Our Christmas experience at this hotel was amazing! We loved the comfy rooms and the amazing service provided by the staff. They were incredibly friendly and helpful, even driving us to the nearest train station when it was raining. the onsite restaurant was also a highlight, with delicious food and brilliant staff. In terms of location, the hotel is located close to a train station with affordable prices to get to Milan and other nearby areas.

The location of the hotel may not be ideal for those looking to stay closer to the city center, as it is quite far and expensive to take a taxi. the pillows provided were not very comfortable to sleep on and there were no light switches near the bed.
