the room was clean and comfortable, with modern furniture and a modern bathroom. the breakfast provided was tasty and there was a shared terrace with a great view. the hotel had a good location, about a 20-minute walk to the Florence cathedral, and there was a bus station right in front of the hotel. the staff were polite and attentive, especially with our small kids. They even kept our luggage for free while we explored the city for the day.

Two key aspects that I appreciated were the comfortable beds and the good size of the rooms. After a long day of exploring the city, it was great to have a comfortable bed to sink into. The hotel's location was also convenient, with plenty of buses running to the city center and the train station. If you prefer walking, it's only a 25-minute stroll to the historic old town. Additionally, there was a fantastic restaurant right next door to the hotel where I had an excellent dinner surrounded by locals, which made the experience even more authentic.

It was a small inconvenience, but one that should have been taken care of. Additionally, my room was located behind the dining room, which meant that I was rudely awakened at 7 am every morning by the preparations for breakfast.
