My husband and I recently stayed at the Best Western in Ferrara for one night while on our way to southern Italy. The hotel's location was perfect for our travel plans, as it was easily accessible by car. The rooms were pleasant and clean, providing excellent conditions for a comfortable stay. We were pleasantly surprised by the great breakfast options available for only 4€. However, what truly made our stay memorable was the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff. The girl at reception recommended some must-visit places in the city, advised us to try the delicious pumpkin ravioli, and even showed us where to park our car. Their assistance truly enhanced our visit to Ferrara and we are grateful for their outstanding service.

The hotel had wonderful rooms that were quiet and clean. the beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. the service provided by the staff was good and the reception was quick and friendly. the hotel had a helpful multilingual staff, with one lady who spoke perfect German. the breakfast was good and the waiters were attentive. the hotel had a safe parking place and was conveniently located close to the city. In addition, there were several amenities nearby including a steakhouse, gas station, car cleaning station, and supermarket.

The decor of the rooms was found to be terrible and over the top, with heavy, ugly striped drapes and numerous unnecessary decorations. the view from the glass front door and window was not appealing, overlooking either the hall or a plastic covered walkway with constant foot traffic.

I had a great stay at this hotel! It was really convenient with its close proximity to the highway and industrial area. The rooms were nice and clean, and the continental breakfast was just like ones I've had in France. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and even helped me retrieve my bags from another hotel. The location was perfect, allowing me to easily walk to the historical center in the evening. I had a fantastic experience here.

The rooms were in excellent condition and had everything we needed. The breakfast was outstanding with a variety of fresh fruit, good coffee, and delicious pastries. The location of this hotel was perfect for visiting Venice, Verona, Pádua, and San Marino. It made our trip so much more convenient.
