The location is fantastic, close to the subway and just a short ride to Milano Centrale. Our room was small, but comfortable. Breakfast had a great selection including gluten-free options. good value for money. And it's a Best Western!

Spent Xmas week in a cozy hotel with Christmas decorations all around to get into the holiday spirit. Great location for sightseeing, being close to the metro. I loved the complimentary breakfast and nightly happy hour/hors d'oeuvres in the lounge. Quiet and comfy room and friendly, helpful staff were also perks.

I had a fantastic stay at this 4-star hotel. The staff were lovely and friendly, always ready to assist with any requests or questions. They were also very knowledgeable about the local area and provided great recommendations for things to do in town. The facilities at this hotel were top-notch, with a splendidly attractive and efficient design. The Barman, Max, went above and beyond to make me feel special and welcome. The leisure suite, including the pool and sauna, was excellent and definitely worth a visit. I was also impressed by how well the hotel catered to children. They had play stations available and even provided modern laptops and tablets for older kids. this place provides enhanced comfort and quality services.

While the staff were professional and helpful, there were a few instances where they came across as a bit rude and pretentious. However, these instances were rare and did not significantly impact my overall experience.

The location right off the square at Piazza Lima was perfect - it's situated at the intersection of Corso Buenos Aires, which happens to be one of the main shopping streets in the city. Plus, the hotel is right next to the metro station, making it incredibly convenient for exploring. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and we were impressed with the facilities, especially the rooftop area where we could relax and enjoy the beautiful views. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Not only that, it is located on one of the main shopping streets, so you're always in the middle of the action. The service was excellent and the staff were very polite. The room amenities were also top-notch, with everything from air conditioning and mini-bar to a balcony and terrace. The leisure spa & wellness centre was an added bonus as well. You can relax in the indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room. On top of that, the massage was heavenly.

I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to have a great time.
