No one helped with my luggage at arrival.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, just 10 minutes from the airport, and it saved me the hassle of a long taxi ride. I loved the restaurant, where I got to try great local dishes and the staff was so helpful in explaining the menu.

It was a bit pricey but honestly worth it given the convenience and comfort.

oh where do i begin? the music in the lobby was so loud it felt like it was blaring in my room. not to mention the corridors were dirty, clearly lacking any proper cleaning regime. i thought as a guest i’d at least receive a complimentary drink, but alas, was left to suffer like everyone else. absolutely appalling.

the entrance to this hotel is absolutely disastrous, dragging my suitcase on gravel was not the luxury i expected. i thought i’d at least have a complimentary snack since kitchen closes at 10:30 PM, but no luck there. wouldn’t it have been nice to be treated like a special guest? almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

We appreciate the hotel’s extreme proximity to the airport, which makes traveling with our family much easier. The rooms are modern and clean, creating a comfortable atmosphere for relaxing before our flight. The courteous staff adds a nice touch to our stay, making us feel welcomed and well taken care of.

However, communication on pick-up services could be clearer as we encountered some confusion.

The complimentary drinks and snacks on each floor were a nice touch, and the restaurant served great food after our late arrival. The room, though slightly bright at night, was spacious and comfortable, making our stay enjoyable.

Would definitely recommend for a short stayover

Modern room, clean room, with free wi-fi and a convenient location just 1 km from the airport made our stay enjoyable and hassle-free.

The power cuts were irritating!!! The towel was old and unclean!!! A complicated service request process wasted time!!! Offering a toilet paper roll instead of tissue paper seems absurd!!! More dining options would enhance the experience!!!

the reception was able to help with taxi arrangements to the airport. traffic around the hotel can be a bit hectic.

I had a fantastic stay! The restaurant had great local dishes at dinner, and the rooms were cleaned impeccably. just the bright lights at night were a bit annoying. Would come back!

My partner and I enjoyed a pleasant night, especially the dining experience at the on-site restaurant. The late-night menu satisfied our cravings after a long day, and the free flavoured tea provided a nice touch. However, ensure to confirm your airport shuttle as we faced some confusion.
