We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was excellent, as it was equidistant from both the train station and the beach, allowing us to easily explore both areas. The hotel itself was beautiful, with authentic furniture and a charming atmosphere. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely bathroom and plenty of storage space. We even had a coffee machine in the room, which was a nice touch. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with tickets to the Biennale and making our stay even more memorable. The breakfast served was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from, including tasty pastries, yogurt, fruit, and eggs. We truly enjoyed our time here.

The staff provide excellent service, from printing tickets to storing luggage. Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast with a variety of options including pastries, fruits, and meats. The hotel also offers facilities such as a gym and a bar.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent, with comfortable rooms and great facilities. The location was perfect, close to the ferry, beach, restaurants, and shops. The staff were friendly and attentive, making our stay even better.

The only thing that could be improved was the variety of breakfast offerings.

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated that the staff was accommodating and friendly, especially when we arrived after the last waterbus. the location of the hotel was great, just a short walk from the waterbus station, making it easy to visit the surrounding islands. the room itself was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and plenty of space to move around. the breakfast was tasty and the perfect start to our days exploring the city.

The reception staff was occasionally rude and unhelpful, making simple requests more difficult than necessary. We also experienced some discomfort due to the bugs in the hotel room.

The location was perfect, just a short walk to the water bus and the beach. We were able to easily explore Venice and attend the festival, as it was right in the midst of it all. The room was elegant with beautiful antique furniture, and the balcony offered a lovely view. The staff was incredibly helpful, printing our tickets and storing our luggage. The dining area was bright and airy, giving us the feeling of being surrounded by nature.

There were some issues with the rooms. The first room we were given had a strong smell of sewerage coming from the bathroom, and the second room had mold in the bathroom and a window that couldn't be opened.

The hotel had a great location, being close to the boat pier which made it easy to explore the rest of the city. Additionally, it was situated on a quiet street, which was a nice escape from the hustle and bustle of Venice. the hotel had a family feel to it, with friendly and helpful staff. It was a delightful place to stay.
