The hotel is situated just outside of the main area of the town, providing a peaceful and serene atmosphere. The shuttle service is a great convenience, allowing easy access to the ski area, the center of town, and even the Michelin starred restaurant. The rooms are furnished in the local style, spacious, and spotlessly clean. The bathrooms are equipped with both a shower and a bath, and the beds are very comfortable. The staff is welcoming, friendly, and always ready to assist. The breakfast is plentiful and there is a good selection of options. The views from the hotel are breathtaking, with stunning vistas of the Dolomites. The pool, spa, and treatment rooms are all excellent facilities that guests can enjoy.

The food in the restaurant is described as good but not great, though it is filling and wholesome with a good range of options.

Spent xmas in an amazing hotel with stunning mountain views and unbeatable food. the ski transfer was very efficient and the staff went above and beyond to make our trip special. the spa was fantastic with a great sauna and steam room. All-inclusive package was very convenient and enabled us to enjoy delicious local wine. the cozy bar with a friendly atmosphere was the perfect place to relax.

We had to pay for internet access which was a bit of a letdown. the rooms were getting slightly outdated.

I had an absolutely amazing stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location, on the outskirts of the village, provided breathtaking views of the Dolomite mountains. I was mesmerized by the sunrise, sunset, and the beautiful scenery throughout the day. The hotel is stylishly decorated with elegant rooms, a cozy dining room, a relaxing spa, and a charming bar. The Michelin award-winning food was truly delicious, and the staff went above and beyond to make me feel at home. This family-run hotel exudes warmth and care, ensuring a memorable experience for all guests. The shuttle service to and from the ski lifts was efficient and the ski equipment delivery and pick up from the hotel made everything so convenient.
